DBA/PhD Degrees

DBA/PhD Degrees

LAST UPDATED 11 DEC 2019

About the course

Rushmore’s terminal degree programme is held in high regard by those completing its requirements, and has often been mentioned as “second to none.” The terminal degree programs directly link to one of the key Rushmore University learning attributes: “That this University recognizes the value of knowledge application-- not simply knowledge required for acquisition.”

The University invites learners considering study for a terminal degree to contact the Dean at Email to discuss prior learning achievements and prior degrees attained, and to present a case where relevant work experience in the area of interest interacts with learning required and knowledge sought.

Often, the University is able to develop specific learner programmes which dovetail into current work experience and that will allow the learner to integrate the degree program into his or her current experience; in many cases writing a book/dissertation from a combination of written papers which then becomes both a benchmark for opportunity for others, while offering demonstrable success and “expert status” in the area for the learner.

If you have interest in completing a DBA/PhD, have run out of time to complete your degree requirements at another institution, or are required for your position to upgrade your Degree status, we encourage you to contact Dean Guinn at Email to and discuss the options for a degree from Rushmore University.
